At Café Restaurant Serina, we offer a buffet breakfast where you can enjoy both Western and Japanese dishes.
◎ In the live kitchen, you can watch the chef’s performance while enjoying omelets and other egg dishes. The buffet table is filled with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes.

・Hotel Curry with Fried Egg & Sausage
How about starting your morning with a flavorful hotel curry? Adding a fried egg helps mellow the spiciness, and you can enjoy the variation in taste. Plus, the sausage pairs perfectly with it.
・Multigrain Porridge with Mentaiko, Takana, and Green Onion Toppings
After enjoying a night in Hakata, how about some healthy porridge in the morning? For the first bowl, enjoy it as is. For the second, add mentaiko, takana, and green onions to gradually wake up your body.
・Sweets for Breakfast
Why not enjoy some sweets in the morning? Try a rich pudding made with eggs from Munakata, Fukuoka, or petite cream puffs. For a special hotel experience, you can top off French toast or pancakes with soft serve ice cream.
